Please be advised that prior to showing a purchaser a property:

 (1) We do not require identification from a prospective buyer, but Plumley Real Estate LLC,  and it’s agents,  reserve the right to request identification.

(2) We do NOT require the purchaser to sign an exclusive brokerage agreement;

(3) We DO require all purchasers to sign Agency Disclosure

 (4) We DO NOT require a pre-approval for a mortgage loan in order to show a purchaser property; Agents may work with buyers to obtain pre-approval

(5) We DO require proof of funds, if a cash buyer
